1. Transportation and moving fees start at $75 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. Time starts from The Spa Renew Dude’s shop in La Pine, Oregon and ends at spa’s final destination and placement.
2. Restrictions: no balcony moves, no steep, incline hill moves, electricity must be COMPLETELY disconnected, water must be drained, all customer’s personal items must be removed from the vicinity of the spa prior to arrival of moving crew (ie: planters, chairs, patio furn., etc.).
3. Removal of fences, gates, or anything not associated with the spa exclusively is customer’s responsibility.
4. It will be the customer’s responsibility to insure surrounding areas of the spa are protected (ie: trees, plants, shrubs, etc.).
5. Pre site (-s) visit: we will visit the removal and setup site prior to the effective date of the move. A list of things to be moved or removed prior to the move will be given to the customer. A flat fee of $45 will be charged to the customer for this service.
6. Any damaged sustained to the spa or it’s components caused by the Spa Renew Dude Company or it’s employees will be pictured and documented and repaired or replaced at the Spa Renew Dude’s discretion.
7. A cancellation notice must be received 24 hrs prior to scheduled move date. Notice may come via phone or email. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify receipt of cancellation notice to the Spa Renew Dude Company. If notice is not received, The Spa Renew Dude Company reserves the right to bill customer a minimum of $150.
